Thanks I solved the problem & installation is successfully completed.
It was a problem at the version of web logic, I had to install wls v. 10.3.2
instead of 10.3.3 & domain is created successfully.

What is your Operating System ?
Is it 32 bit or 64 bit ?
What error message you are hitting when you create domain (are you
using config.cmd/sh to create domain or any other method ) ?
