Can you post the /u03/oracle/viscomn/admin/log/VIS_umstby/*.mgr the last one
used by you CM, also can you try to change the profile option %GSM% (concurrent
gsm something) value form (Y to N or from N to Y) and try

Subject: Standard Manager Dies
Hi all,
I am facing a problem on Windows single-node 11.5.10.2 environment, Standard
manager processes are dying, when i check from Concurrent-> Manager->Administer
form, i see that Standard Manager Actual process count is descreasing and
then actual count is 0, i try to restart standard manager but it does not
work...
I need your help!
