SVR4 Error: 25: Inappropriate ioctl for device

Hi guys,
getting this error,
ORA-01503: CREATE CONTROLFILE failed
ORA-01565: error in identifying file
'/data/clondb/HRCLON_DB/hrclondata/psbd01.dbf'
ORA-27047: unable to read the header block of file
SVR4 Error: 25: Inappropriate ioctl for device
Additional information: 2
when trying to clone live system,
OS is SOlaris.
but it is not only about clonning, something wrong with live system!
is there anyone got this error, also have the solution?
