R12 - Spreadsheet

Hi,
I need an important help from you please response with favourable reply
at earliest.
I would like to find the Upgrade Spread Sheet to start with r11 to r12.
I've not found any type of spreadsheet in the metalink which is normally
used for the 11i version upgrade i.e. 11.0.3 / 11.5.10 to 11.5.10.2.
This one is available in the metalink.oracle.com
But it's not available for 11i to R12. Please advice how to get the
spreadsheet or give me what ever you able to find.
