The interesting bit that very last screen (after you enter app the
intended setup data) reflected exactly the same information with
exception that instead of 9.2.0.5 it showed 11.1.0.6 version :)
Just for you information:
R12.1.1 zip files size 46GB (Linux x86 32bit)
Unzipped staging area took 47GB
