Hi.

Do you have the DbTier and the AppTier in the same machine? If not:

- Check $APPLPTMP in the AppTier
- Check that this same path is in your utl_file_dir
- Check that this path is available in both DbTier and AppTier and that both users (dbuser and appuser) can read/write on it.
