Mouse Click doesn't work for Forms R12

Hi All,
My apologies for intruding into
your mailboxes.
We are facing an issue pertaining
to forms in AIX based E-Business Suite(12.0.6).
In forms, mouse
click does not work and we need to use tab key to navigate.
Also noticed that the LOV of
some field shows up values of some other fields.
This issue is hard to
replicate(inconsistent) and doesn’t seem appear regularly.
If anyone has faced something
similar please do give some pointers.
