Check entry in access_log (latest access_log.<timestamp> in rotate log is
implemented).
For Alias in Oracle-Apache configuration files
You should see entry like below in apps.conf in
$IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf
Alias /OA_HTML/ "<path to common top>/comn/html/"
<Location /OA_HTML/>
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Location>
