Yes - the patient had an abnormal vascular tree beyond the brachial plexus. He actually had a large "pouch" and we speculated that the fluorescein just pooled and had titrated out a little at a time. The abnormality was discovered by brachial angiography initiated because of the abnormal fluorescein angiogram. The patient had similar findings up his neck which explained some of his visual and his brain symptoms.
