Lisa, 

As Jay suggested they could easily be on archive, but didn't you say you 
checked that? Perhaps I misunderstood, curious what you ended up doing. I don't 
use Imagenet at my primary office, but will need to retrieve some images from 
other offices soon, so I am indeed curious of any issues I may encounter.

The images you are trying to copy are probably on archive disks and no longer 
available wiyhin the array files
