Escalon system (MRP), D drive (mirror) for archived volumes has 3 times now
in the last month disappeared. Upon reboot, hardware is working fine and D
drive is back and working great for archiving.



Would this be a motherboard or drive problem? My thoughts are to replace
the hard drive while it’s still accessible and just transfer everything to
a newer drive.

They tried that but it didn't work unfortunately. Thanks.

Did you try just continuing without entering a password? If no password is
set, it should be able to be bypass by selecting the default username and
pressing enter.
