Denise, before you do anything make sure you back up your database. It's been a while since I worked for OIS, but before I touched anything on a client's instrument I would back up the database. If you are archiving to DVD (with your volume probably to a sever), a backup is created automatically on the DVD when a new one is burned for backup.
