survey update May 9, 2006

Extremely busy day in survey land. We received at least a dozen completed
surveys. We also received various notes with various questions. Here is
some of what happened today.
1. I forwarded a post to Mary Emerson so that she could send the
person an owner's manual for an r1 Optacon.
2. I referred a University tudent living in England who had never
heard of the Optacon but was interested to learn about it to Dave Godfrey.
He might be able to link the person with an Optacon user in the area.
3. Found another repair contact and linked it with Richard to work
out details.
4. Wrote a message to a user describing the controls on the front
of the Optacon II. It had been a long time since the respondent had used
the Optacon and she wanted a refresher.
5. Referred another respondent who had always wished for an
Optacon to Richard Oehm. Explained about training and what would be
involved to begin learning to use it.
6. Sent out surveys and Optacon list information to another dozen
people who asked for these things.
Our survey traffic is increasing. Keep up the good work.
