[optacon-l] Re: Using the Optacon to look at the PC

Changes can be made, which I assume will take effect when the computer is 
next turned on.  With special exceptions, not being able to access the BIOS 
is a thing of the past.

But you can’t change anything when you are actually booted into windows.
