Yeah...Mine is one of those just sent to Richard for repair...When I used to 
type stuff in the little page you send to the payee, I would take my old 
Underwood, put the shift lock on, then get the paper lined up so that I'm on 
the place to put in the amount paid... It's a bit frustrating, because the 
camera must be turned sideways to go where one needs to read...I read my 
bills all the time now and pay them online either on their site or through 
my online bank account... I generally file my bills by the month...
