Hi everyone,
I just did my income taxes online with Taxact. At the end there's a
captcha. In years past I used solona, which is, as far as I can tell, no
longer available; I also used Webvisum, which worked well with Firefox
last year; however, when I tried working with Taxact via Jaws and
Firefox this year, the only way I could see the forms was with the Jaws
cursor, or the mouse cursor as other screen readers call it. So I ended
up with IE9 and jaws, knowing that the captcha screen would appear at
the very end.
It took only two tries with the optacon to decipher the captcha which
was extremely clear, almost too clear, and using the CRT lens.
Without the optacon, things would not have turned out so well.
The optacon triumphs once again! I'm gonna celebrate, and have some Ben
and Jerry's vanilla caramel fudge ice cream and let that messy caramel
drip all over me, just for fun! Don't worry, I have plenty of napkins to
catch the gooey messy drips! That caramel is heavenly!
Celebrating the optacon! Yes!!!! And I wish you were all here to indulge
with me!
