[opendtv] Tungsten resistivity

One more note:

The resistivity of tungsten increases with temperature.  It is more than 
twice as high at 3100 degrees K (the temperature of tungsten emitting 
3200K color temperature) as it is at 1700 degrees K.  Thus, any cooling 
will lower the filament resistance, drawing more current, heating the 
filament.  There is no other current regulation in an incandescent lamp.
