[opendtv] STB locks into Ch 4-2

Here'e an odd thing. My Accurian, last night, decided that
whenever I tuned it to Channel 4-2, it would lock into that
channel and not permit me to do anything else except power
down.

After powering back up, the STB would still be tuned to
4-2, and still stuck there.

The only way out of this was to power down, then, while
powering back up, keep pushing the channel change button, on
the remote control or on the front panel, while the unit was
coming back on line. In other words, try to prevent the STB
from returning to the last station it was tuned to. This
would knock it off Ch 4-2. Once you're off Ch 4-2, all's
well again.

Strange. Totally repeatable, last night. After the STB was
working as usual, tune to Ch 4-2 again, and damned if it
wouldn't get stuck again. Need to retry tonight. Is there
some PSIP weirdness causing this?
