[opendtv] Re: STB locks into Ch 4-2

You can also disconnect the antenna to get out of this
"catch-22" bug.

Definitely a PSIP issue. My old Samsung tuner does
the same thing (makes me wonder if there's one
guy in Korea writing receiver PSIP code).
