[opendtv] Pay DTT also having problems in France

The French CSA (similar to their FCC) is investigating why pay DTT in France is
having such a hard time of it. Out of 12M households using subscription TV in
France, only 800,000 use the DTT variant.
Seems to be the same story just about anywhere. My guess continues to be that
those who go to the trouble of paying their monthly subscription fees want a
LOT more channels than DTT provides. EVEN IF they only end up watching a
handful of favorites.

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at
FreeLists.org
- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
unsubscribe in the subject line.
