First, two apologies: one, for posting "my" own PR. This will be a singular
event on this list. Second, for the inaccuracies in the release, which is
worse than the drafts that I and my marketing coach corrected.

There was something of a "race" as to which of the two deals I was juggling
would be announced first. Although I do not plan an announcement, the first
broadcast station deal should be in place within a few days.

Amercian IDC Announces Revolutionary Digital TV Services: A New Source of
Revenue for TV Networks and Websites Worldwide

HOLLYWOOD--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 2004--American IDC (OTC:ACNI:PK) is
excited to announce that its Licensee ETV has signed an agreement to utilize
John Willkie's Etherguide Prophecy, an application that will allow ETV's
advanced broadband technology to interface with the technical language and
equipment of TV stations around the world while complying with Programming
and System Information Protocol (PSIP) standards used to populate Electronic
Program Guides established by the American Standards Television Commission.

Networks will be able to deliver their existing broadcasting and cable
channels via the internet to viewers around the world while creating a new
and exciting revenue stream from advertisers whom seek to take potential
customers directly from the online channel to their respective web sites to
make a real-time purchase. Channels are viewable via a personal computer or
directly through a television.

CEO Gordon Lee states, "We are beginning to mold and shape the future of
television by creating the architectural base that will forever change how
TV is presented to users around the world. One of the reasons online
streaming has been limited to video-on-demand is because stations have been
required to pay additional commercial broadcast royalties for internet
streaming, but with our new technology we can both edit out and add new
commercial content creating an explosive advertising revenue stream for
these channels, while allowing advertisers to benefit substantially by
taking a customer directly to their respective web sites to make real-time
purchases. Imagine Ebay advertising on CNN via a broadband channel that
takes a customer from CNN broadband directly to Ebay to make a purchase.
American IDC is excited to be at the forefront of this revolutionary new
technological frontier. We are beginning initial discussions with several
networks interested in capitalizing on our technological advancements. Many
more new and exciting developments will be announced soon."

American IDC recently launched www.etvhollywood.tv to stream classic movies
24/7 and is negotiating with major advertisers and promotional marketing
partners for an international launch campaign in August, 2004.
