Cool stuff. Mostly, this refers back to A/90, as one would expect.
And it seems like they're planning on using LLC/SNAP encapsulation
rather than IP encapsulation, although the standard does permit,
even if it discourages, IP over LLC/SNAP. This document is
quite brief.

There are also candidate standards for H.264 and VC-9 at the ATSC
site.
