Let's keep in mind this may not signal a cable dominated world so much 
as a content cartel dominated one, or both.  The same companies that own 
the OTA networks also own the stations that dominated the sweeps so they 
can place the best content on either cable or OTA depending upon the 
terms they can negotiate vs the apparent benefit.

I'm still predicting it will be the network owning companies that put 
the final squeeze on OTA.  And those 5 companies could also provide 
strong support for LPTV or mobile TV if they ever felt like it someday.
