[opendtv] Integrated DVB-T TVs now mandatory in Italy

As of this past 3 April, retailers in Italy cannot sell TVs without
built-in DTT receiver, which must be compatible with FOTA and
conditional access DVB-T transmissions.

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at
FreeLists.org
- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
unsubscribe in the subject line.
