Interesting. My take on this article is that the existing digital terrestrial broadcasting standard (DVB-T) works well enough for mobile that it isn't worth the expense to build out a DVB-H specific network.


Something that will never be said in the United States, which opens the door for Qualcomm's MediaFLO and the upcoming ATSC add-on M/H standard.
