Yes, they still do, and nothing in this request for a new bribe changes
that. Agreements have been signed. They haven't done A SINGLE THING to
advance dtv in argentina in the meantime. Eva Peron would be proud.

For how many years did the ATSC list Argentina as being in the ATSC
camp? Do they still do? Do they still list Taiwan? Australia? Just how
deluded are they?
