I was going by the chart at the end of Section 1, but misread
1/11/2002. So indeed, Channels 5 and 44 started transmission on
1 November 2002 rather than 1 January. Sorry about that.

That chart shows six analog transmitters going off the air on
4/8/2003, which means 4 August of 2003 in euro style dates,
which I stated above as 8/4/2003 in US style. Is there a
disagreement about that?
