[opendtv] Barton Legistlation

Just talked to Chairman Barton's office.
For the sake of the current legislation they will not address receiver
standards or the question or whether any receiver will or does work.
The standard was set years ago and the RCA $300 HDTV that had at a
recent hearing worked. They have been assured by everyone they have
talked to in the industry that if a OTA viewer can receive a decent NTSC
signal that the digital signal will come in perfect.
Case closed we are staying the course.
