Hi David,
thanks for developing Kobo Deluxe! It is a awesome game.

In your quest to bring kobodl on as many systems as possible I have
something special for you: I just added a build recipe to OpenEmbedded.

OE is a very complex build system that compiles, builds and packages for
many different architectures (mainly: ARM, PPC, MIPS), supports ipk, deb
and rpm creation, ...

One can even built packages for foreign distributions: For the company I
am working at I am maintaining a configuration for OE that allows
building Maemo 4.0 (Chinook) packages. With this and the recipe anyone
can build Kobo for the Nokia devices.

However I have seen that there was already an attempt to bring Kobo to
Maemo. However no sourcecode has been released and I am sure that a bit
of porting is neccessary.

My kobo binary displays no text and ingame a key binding is missing to
shoot.
@arnim: Can you send me your patches?

@david: Are there plans to merge those modifications upstream?

I uploaded two screenshots of the OE-built kobo deluxe to
http://scap.linuxtogo.org . Be quick or they are buried under new
screenshots.

Happy hacking!

Regards
Robert
