Mouse graph of a mouse "slip" while sliding at a steady speed.

I have had this problem for a while. Under multiple Logitech mice (G400, G5)
moving the mouse at a steady speed will intermittently "slip" and not register
mouse movement for a short amount of time.

http://www.doomworld.com/vb/post/884504 -> This poster describes my exact
problem, in his tests, he found Odamex as well as other SDL ports having this
mouse slip issue.
