Requesting the implementation of an rcon_logout console command for the client.
When used, the client would no longer be able to use rcon until he logged in
with rcon_password again. Also, server messages would cease showing up on the
client. Currently the only way to do this is to reconnect, but that is not
desirable in many situations.
