[obol] Wallowas update

I heard that the Little Bunting was indeed seen today, about 10:00am.
Observers did not see it early morning or in the afternoon as far as I'm
aware. Others (including probably us) will be back tomorrow. We may also
check Wednesday morning on our way home, especially if we get a change in
weather.
We skied up McCully Creek today, with highlights being 3 pygmy-owls, a
Northern Goshawk, and a flock of 23 Pine Grosbeaks.
