[obol] Tree Swallow, early arrivals?

Just saw a TREE SWALLOW dive bombing a perched Hawk in my home area (just east
of the Merlin I-5 exit). Are the Tree Swallows early? The earliest previous
encounter in my home area was 7 March 2014.
