I was not able to hear any last night, nor did I hear any geese. Like Hendrick, we had a bit too much city noise. While watching last night's news and weather at 10:00 PM, the weather man showed radar images of current cloud cover. Then he showed a time lapse image of what he said was a huge bird migration event from about 7:30 PM until broadcast time. The entire radar area of southern WA and OR south of Portland and from the coast to the Cascades showed a continuous stream of birds moving south. The numbers must have been huge.
