A SAY'S PHOEBE was actively flycatching by the bicycle trail along the
Columbia Slough. This is in North Portland, just off N. Denver Ave. The
trail overlooks the Portland International Raceway parking lot on one side,
and the slough on the other. The bird was right at the start of the trail
along the water's edge.
