I just returned from a birding trip to Brazil and wasn’t able to update the
list of accepted records at
https://oregonbirding.org/oregon-bird-records-committee before I left for ;
Brazil. I will update that list in the next month or so.

Subject: [obol] Re: October record of White Wagtail near La Grande?
If I remember correctly, the OBRC reviewed this record in the most recently
finished round. It should appear in the OBRC records once they have been
updated.
Here is what Nolan posted to OBOL about the bird on Oct 3, 2023:
"Russ Morgan found a White Wagtail at the La Grande Sewage Ponds this morning
around 9:45. Several birders have seen it since then but it disappeared for
over an hour from 10:30-12. Refound around 12:10 along the south dike. The bird
has been associating with Pipits but has been fairly flighty.
To access the La Grande Sewage Ponds park at the main office (here:
https://maps.app.goo.gl/dgqCWrQuCqbSLME29) and walk up the access road. I
believe the hours are dawn to dusk."
There are also numerous checklists on eBird for this record.

Thanks, Alan.
Not in OBRC records yet as of December, but maybe it hasn't made it through yet.
Or not submitted?

It was at the sewage ponds for a couple of days. I remember chatting with
people about it.
