[obol] Mandarin Duck continuing at Hillsboro- Dawson Creek

The female Mandarin Duck was still at Dawson Creek midday Oct 18, mixed in
with Wood Ducks and Mallards, at the east pond with the wood bridge. She
was at the south end of the pond where it narrows to a stream.
