The TUFTED DUCK continues at Olalla Slough near Toledo as does the BARROW'S
GOLDENEYE near the Yaquina Bay Bridge. There was an adult BROWN PELICAN
near the bridge as well. A flock of 75-100 BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKES were
feeding just off the end of the south jetty. At Seal Rock I found 2 ROCK
SANDPIPERS along with a handful of BLACK TURNSTONES and SURFBIRDS. There
was another feeding flock of over 100 Kittiwakes just off the beach.
