[obol] Lapland Longspur, Yaquina Bay south jetty

At 5:45 I got a brief but good look at a female-plumaged Lapland Longspur on
the "Gull Spot" at the south jetty. It was feeding with 2 Savannah Sparrows
in the grassy patch surrounding a puddle, NW part of the area, until flushed
by bicycle riders.
