[obol] Dickcissel over Philomath poo ponds, Benton County

I haven't been able to locate it on the ground yet, but a Dickcissel flew over
the dike between north and central ponds about 40 min ago. It gave its
distinctive electrical bzzzt call as it passed over moving east to west.
Also here: 3 Redheads and one Red-necked Phalarope. Plenty of common ducks and
coots.
