[obol] Black-headed Gull no show

At least two parties looked for the Astoria Black-headed Gull yesterday (11
February 2015) without success. There were no gulls in the fields along
Wireless road and only about a dozen Mew Gulls along the Youngs Bay
waterfront (OR 202) between the old and new Young's Bay Bridges. Perhaps it
has gotten back on a ship to go home.
