Thrilled to hear this news from Alan that the updated Birds of Oregon will be

That’s a very good price. This is the paperback, slightly revised to fix a
few typos and add a page of new species. The hardcover is all but OP; there
are a few available here and there.
This is as good a time as any to answer the occasional question Matt and I
get about when/if/how there will be a new edition of Birds of Oregon, which
is now 13 years downstream. The answer is, some very preliminary misty
insubstantial but nonetheless substantive conversations are happening. There
is a tentative, uncertain and yet increasingly plausible possibility that
something yet to be named, conceived or even described might occur in the
period 2020-2023. But we’re not sure.
A project like Birds of Oregon is not lightly undertaken. Fools may rush in,
but their bodies will be found in the spring thaw.

Ran across this at 30% off the listed price of $26 at Powells.
You can order online and no shipping charge if you pick it up.
I already have one.
If you do purchase it, maybe notify OBOL so others don't try.
