OBOL, Steve & Priscilla Summers stopped by Agency Lake (Klamath County) on their way home to California and saw the LITTLE & SABINE'S GULLS between 1:15 and 1:30 PM today (3 Oct). Steve said "The Little Gull was flying around far out but we could see the light gray upperparts and dark underwing with the scope. The Sabine's was closer; Priscilla spotted it first." So, Steve got two new Klamath County birds, putting him ever so close to 300 for the county. A very nice consolation for missing what would have been his 400th bird on his non-introduced species Oregon life list yesterday at Fern Ridge Reservoir - the Sharp-tailed Sandpiper!
