Condor is available online in full text via the SORA database web site. I'm
not home just now but it would only take a few minutes to find the published
note, recalling that it would say Louisiana Heron.

I am having second thoughts on whether the specimen was in the museum at
Malheur. It might have been sent to the National Museum or some other major
museum. I remember reading the article in The Condor.
