[oagitm] Patch Management

Columbia County is looking at changing the way we push patches to workstations
(Microsoft & other software patches). We would like to know what other
entities are using with successful results. Do you use a comprehensive
solution (which includes configuration/desktop management along with software
patch management)? Any pros or cons? All information will be appreciated.
