Hello all,

Just wanted to survey the group to see how everyone handles IT passwords.
Specifically, do you allow your staff to take them out of the office in some
sort of protected format (encrypted flash drive, etc.) My inclination is that
most of you don't allow this and if so how do you handle needing to access
password files while out of the office (VPN?). We have a great password
management solution but is difficult to access over a remote session due to its
multi factor authentication. That being said we could make a policy change
that would fix this remote access issue but wanted to see how everyone else
handles IT passwords before I move forward.

Thank you all for your input.

Regards,
Brad
