The second National Dialogue begins on August 31st and will continue through September 6th. This dialogue will be asking you to prioritize and comment on proposed homeland security objectives and to discuss strategic outcomes with DHS and dialogue participants. You will also be able to comment directly on other participants' thoughts and ideas.
