OAGITM Members:

This survey is to gauge interest from decision-makers regarding holding
a SANS security training in Spring 2010 on the Oregon State University
campus. To help in our planning efforts, we would appreciate it if you
could take a few minutes to complete the survey below. Please only reply
if you are a decision-maker who can make a financial commitment or if
you have gained financial approval, so we can decide on whether we
should host a training in 2010 or wait until 2011. Tentative dates
would be March 15-19, 2010.

Please complete the survey by Sept. 4th.

A coalition of education, state and local government has successfully
completed three annual SANS Institute education sessions that were
hosted on the Oregon State University campus - Securing Windows in 2007,
Intrusion Detection and Prevention in 2008, and SANS Security Essentials
Bootcamp in 2009. These sessions have been arranged in cooperation with
SANS Institute through their Partnership Series that brings high-quality
SANS training and instructors to the local area, offering major
discounts on prices. See http://www.sans.org/partnership/
<http://www.sans.org/partnership/> for details. The coalition's
objective is to provide high quality technical training to Oregon
government IT staff at an affordable cost with minimal travel.
