Good afternoon all,

Since 2015 Gresham has been using Accela's "PublicStuff Citizen Relationship
Management" tool to receive reports from the public on issues they see in the
community.  These range from potholes, to graffiti, and more.  Unfortunately,
we're concerned about the future of the product, and are looking at
alternatives.

I've heard of a few, such as:

  *   Citizen Reporter - ESRI
  *   Salesforce
  *   Tyler's - 311 or Service Requests modules
  *   See Click Fix

Are any of you using any of these, or other tools?  If so, what has your
experience been?
Thanks,

Tristan Whitehead

PS - looking forward to meeting some of you next week at the conference.
