best source for some questions that you asked here, are authors of
Espeak because they implement how voices sound in languages. as I
know, Kyrgyz is not in espeak.

We have been working on adding Kyrgyz Language to NVDA.
However we have two questions regarding the NVDA functionality:
1. How it would be possible for NVDA to switch automatically to Kyrgyz
language if it is found on the web page? For example we noticed that NVDA
switches automatically if Russian language is found on the web page. How
could such functionality be implemented for Kyrgyz language?
2. We have noticed that the numbers are being read one by one. What do we
need to do so that NVDA could read Kyrgyz numbers in the proper way?
